Martin has been DJing for over 10 years now playing soul, funk, rare groove and reggae classics..... he loves a great party as much as the 'groovers' on the dance floor, and also loves to play party tunes... anything from 70s disco to 80's club classics.
He is a bit of an 'Old Skool DJ' who has been 'brought up' on vinyl.....yes that's right... records!!!... and he still enjoys playing vinyl whenever he can although he is equally at home playing CDs or mixing it up on a digital system. For him, the job of a good DJ is to get the people up there dancing and enjoying the music.
He is totally comfortable playing for a small crowd of groovers all the way up to large corporate events. He used to present his own radio show on Urbanjazzradio.net for two years every Sunday, and has also run 'Musiquarium', soul 'all-dayers' and Sunday 'soul sessions' at various locations. In Addition, he has played at various underground clubs such as 'The Player' in Soho and 'The Furzedown'.
